What is expected of ambassadors? 

In exchange for receiving free product, we ask that, at a minimum, you post on your Instagram feed and Instagram Story at least once per month. . We welcome and encourage you to post on other outlets (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, wherever you may be!) as well, but it is not expected. We also love to hear about word-of-mouth recommendations and to see reviews on retailer sites as well! Just be sure to disclose your ambassador relationship whenever you are promoting our brand or products, please.  

Will I have to sign anything? 

Yes, we will send you an agreement to sign that will expire at the end of 2022. The agreement is just to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions of the program.

Who can apply? 

Anyone with an active Instagram Business account (cat, dog, or human) who wants to be a brand ambassador for VetriScience.

Does my Instagram account have to have a dog-specific or cat-specific (content only about my pets)? 

No, your account can be a personal page through which you talk about your pet(s).

Is this open globally?

No, you must be a U.S. resident.

Is there a minimum age to apply?

Yes, you must be 18 years old or older.

How long will the partnership last?

The 2022 VetriSquad partnership will last through the end of 2022. You will have an opportunity to renew your contract in 2023 if you want to continue to be a part of the program.  

Is there a minimum or maximum follower requirement? 

No. We value all of our fans, no matter the number of followers you have!

Do I have to have a business account on Instagram? 

Yes, you need to have an Instagram Business Account (or convert to one) that is connected to a Facebook Business Page so we can track the results of your posts through a third-party platform.

Can I make a commission from being in the VetriSquad?

Soon, you will have the opportunity to join the VetriSquad affiliate program, where you can earn a commission when consumers purchase VetriScience products through your affiliate links.

How will I receive the product?

We will ship you product either directly from our offices, via an online retailer such as Amazon or Chewy or we will provide you with an electronic gift card for you to select products from our website.

What if I don’t like the product? 

We are confident that you will have a positive experience with the products, but if we do not meet your expectations, we want to know. We value your opinion and seek your honest feedback on your and your pet’s experience.
